Welcome to Life Coaching by Feltes LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, booking a session, signing up for our email or text communications, or engaging with our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

All information, resources, and coaching sessions provided by Life Coaching by Feltes LLC are intended for personal growth, education, and support purposes only.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for mental health or medical advice.
If you are experiencing mental health concerns, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during your participation in coaching sessions.

3. Services and Payments

  • All fees for coaching services, programs, or events must be paid as outlined in your coaching agreement.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or offerings at any time, though changes will not affect services already purchased.

  • By purchasing a service, you authorize Life Coaching by Feltes LLC to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

4. Communication Consent

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, text messages, and promotional updates.
You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email or replying STOP to a text message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy and trust are essential. All personal information shared during coaching sessions or through our website is treated as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law, for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or if mandated reporting is necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials, is the property of Life Coaching by Feltes LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our materials without prior written permission.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session or fee, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Coaching by Feltes LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

You agree to release and hold harmless Life Coaching by Feltes LLC from any and all claims related to your participation in coaching, including decisions or actions you take as a result.

9. No Guarantees

We are committed to providing tools, guidance, and support for your personal growth. However, your success depends on your own effort and commitment. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements from coaching sessions or programs.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at our discretion, including for inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above.
